Compal Communications Adds Name to List of Android Netbook Makers

notebook_index_11The list of companies working with netbooks and Android seems to grow as fast as handset makers is.  First it was Asus, followed last week by HP.  Today, we can Compal Communications to the list.

Based out of Taiwan, Compal provides monitors and digital media centers in addition to their netbooks.  According to Commercial Times,  the company “is involved in talks with several unnamed notebook sellers to help with the distribution of the upcoming product.

Wonder if they’ll get any direct help from Google now that they have set up shop over there.
