BenQ Announces Android Handsets and Netbooks

benqTaiwanese electronics company BenQ has announced plans to launch both a smartphone and a netbook with Android as the operating system next year.

The adds BenQ to the ever-growing list of companies working on smartphones and/or netbooks running Android software. Located in Taipei, BenQ BenQ produces a whole gamut of products including TFT LCD monitors,  televisions, digital projectors, digital cameras, and optical drives.

Sounds like Android might work on any one of those products!
