SMiT’s MID-560 Android Tablet [VIDEO]

mid_560_smitBehold the Android media tablet from Shenzhen State Micro Technology Co. (SMiT).  The video below is a concept device, but it appears to be nearly finished save for the home button to be added.

Watch the very end of the clip and  you’ll see the tablet docked into a car mount.  The MIT-560 has a GPS receiver built into it so Google Maps and your favorite navigation tools can be used on the road.

When pressed about price, Philip Zhou, the Overseas Sales Manager for SMiT was unable to ballpark it.  Charbax (our tipster) guesses it could end up around $200 or less.

Here are the specs gleaned from the questions asked in the video:

  • 4.8″ 800×480 Touch Screen
  • 8GB Flash Memory
  • USB
  • 3.5mm Head Phone Jack
  • WiFi
  • 3G (In next 3 Months)

Thanks Charbax!
