Samsung Behold II Dropping November 18

beholdII_launchThanks to TmoNews, we just learned of the the launch date for T-Mobile's Behold II handset.  The first Samsung-built, Android-powered GSM device to land here in the US will be available starting November 11th.    That's right, in less than a month, we'll have 4 Android phones to choose from on T-Mobile USA.

The Behold II offers a 3.2" AMOLED display, a 5MP camera, and a marriage of TouchWiz UI and Android.  The touch-only device is aimed at "Connected Socializers" who want to show off their cool, unique phones.

We're still waiting to hear what the price point is, but we'd not be surprised to see it in the $150-$200 price range.

Scott founded AndroidGuys on November 5, 2007 and has been hooked ever since. His other mobile efforts can be found on AndroidAtlas (CNET) where he covers Google's mobile platform. When not obsessing over phones and tablets, Scott can be found listening to house music, watching the Green Bay Packers, or catching the latest movie.

So is T-Mobile ever going to market some >528 Mhz-processor phones? I'm seeing the Droid go to Verizon, and the other faster one going to Sprint...

Seriously...I'm counting the days until I can get out of my T-Mo contract for $50 (after 18 months). That'll put me into the Droid in about February.

This phone will have an 800 Mhz processor...from what I have heard.

Um, you guys realize that the image above shows the release date as Nov. 18th, right?

I think you are mixing up this with the T-Mobile Tap, with releases on Nov.11th.
