More Samsung Saturn Details Emerging
The latest Samsung handset find itself sneaking onto the internet is/was the i6500 "Saturn". On Monday, there was literally nothing to share aside from the fact that it had 802.11b/g WiFi capability. Exciting, right? Tonight, we've got a few more details to pass along. From the sounds of it, this one will be similar to the Spica and Galaxy, but could boast the 800MHz chip common in recent models. According to GSM Arena, the Saturn could/should be running Android 2.0 when it arrives in 2010. Makes sense to us.
Here are a couple of unofficial and tentative specs compiled so far:
- 3.2" 320x480 screen
- Android 1.5
- GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900
- 3.5Â mm headphone jack
- microSD slot
Again, nothing has been announced yet and everything we're looking at is being put together and/or assumed based off of current Samsung trends.
