Lots More HTC ‘Droids To Come?

HTC/Android LogoAs reported by DroidDog, it seems that HTC has a plethora of Android devices in the works.

Embedded in their latest Hero 2.1 ROM, there were a lot of phone codenames mentioned. Notice that some of the codenames are already known releases, giving this list slightly more credibility.  We’ll see how this unfolds, but from the looks of it, 2010 is going to be quite a year for HTC and Android. There are no guarantees that all these phones will see the light of day, but ya never know.

The list…

Bahamas, Bravo, DesireC, Dragon, Dream, Espresso, Halo, HeroCT, HeroC, Hero, Huangshan, Incredible, Legend, Liberty, Memphis, Paradise, PassionC, Passion, Sapphire, Supersonic

One device of the Blackberry form factor would be nice. Non sliding hardware keyboard, small lightweight smartphone that fits in a pocket. That would be nice, and different from the other models already out. It’s surprising that current google phones are all so alike. New phones should appeal to new audiences.
