Motorola’s 4.3-Inch ‘Mirage’ Headed for China

Motorola seems to be really swinging for the fences with their Android handsets.  Take a look at the rumored Mirage (or Shadow) for a glimpse as to what the handset maker is up to now.  A BGR tipster has passed along some specs to this device which is said to be headed to China.

We’re waiting on a better link from BGR so we can try our hand at translating, but here’s what’s rumored so far…

  • Codenamed Mirage or Shadow
  • 4.3-inch 800×484 display
  • HDMI port
  • 8 megapixel camera
  • 1080p video playback
  • 9.0mm thick!

We can’t imagine the Shadow name sticking around as T-Mobile and HTC already locked that one up a few years back.  We’re going to go out on a limb and guess something in the 600MHz/512 memory ballpark for this one.  We’ll be sure to pass along anything we come across!

if 1080p playback would be included, then it rather should be 1GHz or maybe 1.33GHz Snapdragon.

Put a comfortable full qwerty keyboard on it (5 row), and t-mobile USA 2G/3G, and I'd be interested.

I think that 600mhz was way of kid Try snapdragon and possibly dont get heated people Winmo I know I know I want it to be Android too.But the fact that a microsoft dude is gonna be there for the Moto anouncment leaves me weary .Because Moto is just getting the wind back in their sails right now and you know how they get down . So I think it could be their version of the HD2 but,I'm just spit ballin here people And yes I know I misspelled announce .
