Dell Mini 5 Gets Mini Demo from Michael Dell
The following video is less than a minute long, but it's all we needed. It only takes 43 seconds for us to consider ourselves officially hooked on the Android-based Dell Mini 5 tablet. Michael Dell (CEO) was in Switzerland at the World Economic Forum where a member of the CrunchGear team was able to catch up with him, camera in tow.
Dell repeats a couple of times that it will be coming in “in a few months†but plays coy when it comes to price. CrunchGear speculates that the cost of the Mini 5 could be around $1,098 before any carrier subsidizes it. Specs include a 5 megapixel camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and 3G, powered by Android 1.6. We're fans of the $30, all-you-can-use data plan available to the iPad, even if it is with AT&T.
