Samsung’s “S-pad” to Feature 7-Inch SuperAMOLED Display

Korean site Etnews (translated) is reporting that Samsung has a 7-inch SuperAMOLED tablet in the works. Due in late July/early August, the “S-pad” will be supported by SK Telecom and offer both WiFi and 3G connectivity. Other specs include a USB dock, ebooks from Korea’s Kyobo, and apps from Samsung’s application store. No word on pricing or whether this will make it here to the US. Any guesses as to what the cost will be with a 7-inch SuperAMOLED?
