Full Details of LG Ally Confirmed, Pre-Order Start this Week

It seems we now know everything there is to know about the LG Ally. Except for price that is.  A couple of presentation slides made their way into the hands of BGR early this morning and they pretty much fills in all the blanks.  The handset is due out May 20th, but pre-orders will start in a few days on the 13th.  Unfortunately, we can’t say yet whether the Ally will be a bargain or a bust. Perhaps the press event scheduled for later today will shed some light on pricing.

The LG Ally will be a full on Google experience but will also offer a touch of LG and Verizon, too.  The carrier has opted to integrate Visual Voicemail and V CAST Media Manager while LG has preloaded their own Socialite widget which, you guessed it, loads twitter and Facebook updates.

The specs sound like a phone from 2009, LG need to catch up. Also the 500hr standby time must be a typo? No phone has a standby time of 3 weeks…
