T-Mobile myTouch 3G Slide to Bow at $149 Next Month
One thing noticeably absent from T-Mobile's myTouch 3G Slide announcement a few weeks back was the price. Based on the known and rumored specs, many of us were guessing the phone would launch with a $150-$180 price tag. Based on a newly leaked document, we know that the actual cost should be $149.99 with a 2-year agreement. The small print appears to indicate this comes after a $50 mail-in rebate.
Customers can also pick up a myTouch 3G Slide for $399.99 if they want to avoid signing any contracts. Of course, we're still roughly a month away from the rumored June 16th date so things could change.
What do you guys think of that $150 cost for an Android 2.1 phone? Let's hear it in the comments.
