Rogers Scores Exlcusive Deal for Acer Liquid E

Our resident Canadian, Matty Ice can jump for joy a bit this morning as Acer has announced via a press release that the Liquid E is heading to his homeland.  Mobile provider Rogers will be carrying the Android 2.1 device in an exclusive deal that sees the phone going for $49.99 with a three-year contract.

As a reminder, Liquid e specs include a 3.5-inch WVGA capacitive display, a 5 megapixel camera, and three XT9 keyboards (QWERTY, Half QWERTY, and 12-Digit Numeric).  Rounding out the phone are support for GPS, WiFi (802.11 b/g) and HSDPA 7.2Mbps.
