Shoot Down Enemy Helicopters From Your Couch with Sky Siege

The next time you find yourself sitting at the doctor’s office with a few minutes to kill, why not break out your Nexus One and knock a few bomber planes out of the sky?  Sky Siege for Android is a fantastic looking new game that meshes augmented reality, virtual reality, and 3D gameplay that is sure to cure your summer boredom.  Available for roughly $2.25, the game promises players an “unprecedented level of immersion” for your mobile phone.  Beware, this game is not for your daddy’s G1!  You’ll want to make sure you have a phone with a 1GHz processor if you want to avoid lag and force closing.

The video after the jump is taken from the iPhone version of the game.

Without a demo version I won't be buying it. I'd like to know my phone can handle it before turning over any money. Looks interesting though.
