Motorola Glam Announced For Korea
The Moto GLAM (XT800) has been announced for Korea. Already successful in China, Glam features a FWVGA (480 x 854) touchscreen display, GPS, DLNA, HDMI-out, 3.5mm headset jack, 5MP autofocus camera with D1 (720 x 480) video recording, 256MB RAM, 512MB ROM, and a 550MHz TI OMAP Processor. Unfortunately, it does not have Froyo, which I admit, is quite depressing.
There is quite a bit of info (in Korean) and some videos about the phone’s abilities here. Since it’s a flash site, Google Translate won’t help, but hey, watch the videos anyway, and take a look at this great phone.
Another source, also in Korean, does mention that the president of Motorola Korea, Rick Wolochatiuk, said that with the new Android phones, Motorola expects to satisfy a wide range of customers by having various designs and different features.
What do you guys think of the XT800 (Moto GLAM) ? I personally think they should have released it with Froyo, but it still looks like a great phone, and yet another step in Android Worldwide Domination!
