TweetDeck for Android Nearing Public Beta
So this appeared on TweetDeck’s blog today. They say TweetDeck for Android will be in public beta testing by the end of this week. It has also been described as a “thing of beauty” by one of Google’s Android Developer Advocates. Sounds like this is going to be awesome, and I for one will be trying to get on the public beta. I like to try out new Twitter clients, though I’m a sucker for anything official no matter what the app so I may not stick to it unless it truly is something incredible which is a distinct possibility. From TweetDeck’s blog:
“We’ve built Android TweetDeck from the ground up to be true multi-stream, laser focused on showing you all your friends’ cross-service activity in one app. Multi-column is still the order of the day but now columns are blended based on the type of activity rather than the service. And all this whilst retaining the most powerful functionality from each included service.”
Sounds good to me!
