7-Inch Multi-Touch “Identity Tab” Comes to Korea

Koreans are celebrating the release of an Android tablet this week, and no, it’s not the Samsung Galaxy Tab. Nope, this one is called the “Identity TAB” and it features a 1GHz Snapdragon chip (of course), and boasts 8GB of internal memory. The tablet also offers a 7-inch screen, a DMB TV tuner, a 3-megapixel camera, an SD card reader and more. The Identity Tab is being pitched as device made for folks looking for an e-Book reader or web tablet and sounds like a decent bargain for the 300,000 Won (roughly $250.00 US).
