Boom! And just like that, the XDA-Developers have rooted the Motorola Charm.  The handset was rooted via the Universal Androot method, but the  NAND isn’t unlocked during the process, so reverting back to stock is quite simple. No custom ROMS yet, but I am betting they are already in the pipeline.  If you want instructions hit up  the thread here.
