Orange (UK) Announces Low-Cost ‘San Francisco’ Handset



Orange pulled the curtain back on the first of their own branded Android handsest today. The low-cost San Francisco is a touch-only device and will be available for the attractive price of £99 ($153 US) on the pay-as-you-go Dolphin plan.  The San Francisco runs Android 2.1 and features a 3.5-inch display, a 600MHz processor, 150MB internal storage, and 3-megapixel camera. Other details include your typical Android support for WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, and FM Radio.
