Opera Mobile for Android Coming Soon

Opera Mini shed its beta tag a long time back but the full-blown Opera Mobile has remained OEM-only for a long time. In fact, no manufacturer has released Opera Mobile with one of its phones, meaning no consumer has the privilege of touching Opera Mobile.  But change is coming, because Opera has announced on Twitter and its blog that Opera for Android will arrive within a month in the Market and on the mobile site. The new Opera browser features new cool things like pinch-to-zoom and hardware acceleration. Absolutely worth trying I suppose!  How about you?

Opera Mobile for Android will not feature hardware acceleration, at least not yet. They say that Opera Mini for iPhone is going to receive an update featuring both pinch to zoom and hardware acceleration. Be specific please :-)
