Verizon Enhances "My Verizon" App with Express Services

Verizon is sending out an update this week to encourage their Android users to download the latest version of the My Verizon application.  The free app is part of the Express Services and lets customers see a list of frequent transactions involving bills, plans and devices.  Users can instantly and easily peruse account activity, complete transactions, view a bill, managing Friends & Family, change addresses, add a new line of service and more.

“Now, with one click, customers can use Express Services to select the transactions they want, with time-saving account management services that are simple to use and consistent across multiple touch points, empowering them to save time and control their wireless services, whenever and wherever they want,” said John Stratton, executive vice president and chief operating officer for Verizon Wireless.
