Sorry About the Downtime!

Hey there guys and gals.  I wanted to publicly/formally apologize for the downtime we experienced these last two days.  It’s a real pain the you-know-what to have our site acting up, especially for an extended period.  To that end, I would like to say that we’ve switched hosts and are now proud to be a member of TD Revolution.  I cannot say enough about how great these guys have been over the past 48 hours.  They’re everything you’d look for in a host: fast, reliable, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and a real pleasure to work with.  If you’re in the market for some web hosting, I would definitely say TD Revolution is the first place to start.

We’re nearly certain all of the bugs have been worked out.  However, if something seems really out of place, let us know.  Shoot an email to androidguys at gmail dot com!

      We were using a grid-based hosting system by (believe it or not) GoDaddy. We found that we simply outgrew them and were constantly crashing their servers. To their credit, they were proactive in trying to migrating us to new setups more than a few times. The 24 hr support is nice, but we started hearing different answers to our problems. As much as we thought were okay, we realize now that this jump should have been made earlier.

      If you plan to do your own blog or basic site, GoDaddy is not a bad choice. But for sites like ours, it is obvious now that they were holding us back.

    If you’re in the market for some web hosting, I would definitely say TD Revolution is the first place to start.
