Swype Beta Update Adds Voice-to-Text, Other Features

Just a quick note to let all you Swype beta testers know that the company has just released an updated version of the app.  Two big features this time around include Double-Tap-to-Edit  and Voice-to-Text, however a full list of details can be found on Swype’s forums. We were delighted to learn that the keyboard alternative has been preloaded on eight out of the last 11 US-based Android devices, including the the Samsung Galaxy Tab. Congrats on the success!  If you have Swype beta installed on your handsets, point your preferred browser to http://beta.swype.com/android/get
