Dell Announces Two New Phones for India

Dell is becoming quite famous in the Android-scene with the Dell Streak and purported follow-up, but their phones don’t really excite the market. They’re giving it another shot with the XCD28 and the XCD35 although it probably won’t be a success. They’re ugly and plain, no matter how you look at it. The specifications won’t stimulate savvy people to buy them either as they’re running on an outdated processor architecture, the ARM11 core on 600 MHz, combined with 256MB RAM.  As compared to other devices being launched, these little babies might even be on the bottom of the barrel.
