E*TRADE released their mobile banking and investment application for Android handsets earlier today to the delight of day traders everywhere.  Available for free in the Android Market, the app provides real-time streaming stock and options quotes, news, information, alerts, and much more.  The app, called E*TRADE Mobile Pro for Android, was designed to make market access and interaction easier than ever.  Users can view, update, and track market information from the home screen widget without logging in.  In fact, the app acts very similar to what can be found at etrade.com.
