Google Welcomes Vizio to its TV Line-Up

Vizio has been in the news a lot lately, and now, Google TV Product Manager Rishi Chandra has announced a new partnership with them.

“Today I’m excited to share that we’re kicking off the year with a new partner, Vizio, a leading TV maker in the U.S. Vizio is making a new line of TVs and a Blu-ray player incorporating Google TV that will hit shelves later this year.”

It’s nice to hear some good news for Google TV after the recent delays the project has been dealing with. It may be that without the delays, these Vizio products may have hit shelves coinciding with CES, but later this year is not too far off.  Who’s going to upgrade their TV with Vizio?
