Slacker Radio Launches Winter X Games 15 Radio, We Celebrate with 15 Copies of Slacker Plus [CONTEST]
Slacker Radio announced earlier today that they have launched a new station for the Winter X Games 15. The station features not only songs from the games, but favorites from the participating athletes, and more. ESPN’s Dana Jacobsen provides interviews with those taking part in the games, including Tucker Hibbert (Snocross), Jen Hudak (Superpipe) and Peter Olenick (Slopestyle, Superpipe). If you have Slacker on your Android phone, you can find the channel now under their Spotlight section. For those who would like to tune in via the web, you can navigate to http://slacker.com/r/0fh7D and begin streaming.
Slacker Radio has become one of my daily work staples. While the preset stations and genres are all really good, I’ve created some custom stations for myself that play exactly the songs I love, from the artists I enjoy. Depending on my mood, I have different channels to help get me through the day. Even with Pandora, imeem, Rdio and other streaming services, I cannot say enough about Slacker Radio. So I want to share that with you.
