Glu Mobile confirmed yesterday that they are committed to creating social mobile games that take advantage of Android 3.0′s capabilities.  As one of the first companies to have access to Android’s new in-app purchase options, Glu appears pleased thus far with the full hardware acceleration and full OpenGL ES 2.0 3D graphics that come with Honeycomb. With a roster of more than 25 games, Glu has become a key player in the Android Market with titles such as Bonsai Blast and Super KO Boxing 2.  Look for the tablet-optimized version of Gun Bros to arrive when the XOOM debuts.
