Zynga’s ‘Words With Friends’ Coming to Android Later This Month

The popular Scrabble alternative that is Words With Friends is finally coming to Android.  Announced officially yesterday, the Android edition will debut later this month as a free download.  An ad-free premium version is also set to arrive with both bringing cross-platform gaming, in-game chat, and push notifications.  You’ll soon be able to show your iPhone frenemies that you truly are the wiser one!  Our friend Andrew Kameka of Androinica was at the Honeycomb event yesterday where Zynga was demonstrating the game on phone and tablet.  Check out his video after the jump which shows just how much better an Android 3.0 tablet experience can be!

Yes, Brandon. You’ll be able to play against friends with iPhone/iPad, which already has me practicing scrabble again so I can finally shut up all my friends on iOS who have been inviting me to play.

I have two games that are stuck. I can not recall them and I have no clue how to refresh them or end them. When I try to recall them it states it is the other players turn. Please help.

I’ve been playing WWF on my Android, but sometimes I loose a player & it tells me I won when the game is not over.   Also doesn’t always tell me when someone mad a move until quite some time after.
