Boost Mobile Getting Set to Announce Samsung Prevail?

This one can be put into the rumor column for now, but it looks pretty good as Boost mobile is set to hold a press conference in New York on April 5th according to pocketnow.com to make an announcement with Samsung.  The handset pictured above is the rumored announcement, called the Samsung “Prevail”, which obviously looks like it comes from the Galaxy device lineup.  There is no hard info on specs for the device, but the whispered word is that it is going to be running Froyo out of the box, and have a 3.2 MP for taking pics and video.  Boost Mobile is Sprint/Nextel’s prepaid service, which already has the i1 push to talk android device in their lineup.  More info after the presser in April.
