Take the Zippo Virtual Lighter to Your Next Real Concert

 

After more than 14 million iPhone downloads, Zippo’s popular virtual lighter application has landed on Android. Available immediately in the Android Market, this official Zippo app comes with 28 free designs with an additional 250 premium skins begging for your hard earned cash. Like many recent applications and games to hit Android, the payment comes in the form of in-app purchases at a cost of 99¢ each.

The Virtual Zippo Lighter works much as one expects, by flicking your wrist to open it. From there, a simple turn of the flint wheel and your hurricane proof flame is there to last through your favorite band’s encore set.  Note that this works on all Android phones running 2.1 or higher.
