We have 2 of these phones. We received the update notice and followed the directions on the screen to begin the update. Both of our phones are now unusable. We are traveling in our motorhome and the phones are important in the event of a problem on the road. We contacted AT&T and were sent to Motorola. The Motorola tech advised us to mail our phones to them for repair since nothing can be done remotely. We are to pay for the postage and be without phones until they are repaired and sent back to us. We asked to speak to a supervisor and were told the supervisor would tell us the same thing, Then the call was dropped??? This happened 2 times so I do not think the call was dropped. We are very unhappy with the way this is being handled and will be in t;he AT&T store as soon as we get home. If the service there is as poor as Motorola’s we will not be AT&T customers any longer.I can be contacted at [email protected]

Did you get any kind of resolution to this, as I am having the same issue after doing the update.
