Samsung Strikes Back!
Oh the joys of litigation! It comes as no surprise I am sure to find out that Samsung has decided to strike back at Apple by suing them for copyright infringement in several countries overseas. Samsung is saying that Apple stole some technology dealing with how power consumption is handled when using mobile data in handsets.
We are sure it is going to be years before we know the outcome of the current round of litigation between the two companies, but it seems that the truce is over between Samsung and Apple. Could it have to do with the rumblings about a new Amazon Kindle device made by Samsung and powered by Android? Time will tell!
