LG Optimus Big Coming Soon to Korea

We reported on a leaked image of the LG Optimus Big a while ago, putting it in the rumor column until more info came out. Now, all has fallen into place as the company has announced the device will be launching April 28 in Korea.  There are times where we wished we lived in Korea to get the cool goodies they do over there!

The LG Optimus Big sports a 4.3” NOVA display and other high quality specs, such as:

  • 1 GHz Dual Core Processor
  • 5-megapixel Rear Camera
  • Bluetooth 3.0
  • Wifi
  • 16 GB Internal Memory

This device will ship with Android 2.2 (Froyo) and should receive an update to Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) in the future. Also, LG has not mentioned a US variant so cross your fingers and hope for the best. Would you like to see a US variant? Leave your comments below or on our Facebook wall.
