Qello, a cloud-based, digital syndication service, has announced that they’ve released a pair of Android applications. Available for both smart phones (2.2+) or Honeycomb tablets, the app provides access to more than 500 concerts in beautiful HD format. Forget sitting in the back row or way out on the lawn because Qello puts you front and center… and more.
While the application is free to download, the service itself is fee-based. Viewers can enjoy concerts and shows at $2.99 for 7-day rental or $4.99 for 30-day rentals. The growing list of music films and concert films includes some of our favorite artists including The Doors, Nirvana, Pink Floyd, Radiohead, The Rolling Stones,Tupac, U2, Usher, and Wu Tang Clan. You can watch a few samples of songs and footage on Qello’s website.
