Table ScrApps: Miner Speed

King.com, a cross-platform, social gaming company, released their  jewel-switcher game, Miner Speed to the Android Market late last week.  Looking very much like another game that has players matching gems up three in a row, it has seen 50 million plays per month on Facebook and King’s website.  As you might expect, the game is simple to figure out but hard to walk away from.

They Say: Miner Speed is an addictive game that challenges users to switch jewels to increase their multiplier by making big combinations. Players who match as many jewels as quickly as possible have the best chance of achieving the high score.

We Say: Being able to play friends over Facebook Connect or through King.com adds considerable replay value to an already addictive game.  Colorful graphics, boosters, blasts, and bombs keep us coming back for more.

Runs on Android 1.5+
