DC Comics Debuts Android App in Time for Comic-Con 2011

Comixology, makers of the super-popular comic book reader app, Comics, have partnered with DC Comics to release an official DC -branded application for Android.  Available immediately, the free application works on any Android device with 2.1 or higher.  The DC Comics app offers readers more than 3,000 issues with prices that range from 99¢ to $2.99 each.  Purchases can be paid for using Google’s in-app billing system or Paypal, and can be read across multiple platforms (PC, iOS).
