Wirefly Offering HTC Thunderbolt On the Cheap

Officially, Verizon is offering the Thunderbolt for $249 with a new 2-year contract, and we heard that they’ll be offering it for free, although that remains to be seen. But if you’ve been waiting to get a Thunderbolt for cheap, now is the time. Wirefly, one of the leading online retailers has the Thunderbolt on sale for only $59.99 with a 2-year contract, nearly $200 less than Big Red’s price.

Just to refresh your memory, the Thunderbolt comes with a 4.3-inch WVGA LCD display, 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, 768MB of RAM, 7.5GB of ROM, 8 MP camera with dual LED flash and a front-facing 1.3 MP camera for video chat.

So… are you planning to grab one from Wirefly? Or have you moved on to the Droid Bionic? Drop a comment below!

Wow, that’s a bargain compared to the $500 retail price of the thunderbolt. And you get free shipping as well. It’s just a shame that I just bought myself a phone recently. I would’ve taken this phone otherwise.
