Samsung Galaxy Skin Concept Spotted, Confuses and Amazes Us
Back at CES, we got a sneak peek at Samsung’s flexible AMOLED screens. Well, we’re finally seeing them take shape (see what I did there?) with the “Samsung Galaxy Skin”, a concept phone that blew our minds when we first laid eyes on it. Now, at the moment it’s just a concept. It may turn in to an actual device sometime down the road, but for now it’s merely something for us to marvel at.
The Skin sports a 4-inch Super AMOLED, 800 x 480 resolution display, an 8MP camera with 720HD video capture, and a projector. We’re guessing it’s packing a 1GHz Hummingbird processor as well, but we may never actually see this device hit shelves, so it’s not like it matters.
We have to give the designer, Heyon You, credit. While only a concept, this is putting Sammy’s technology to use in an efficient and awesome way. So, who else is impressed by the Galaxy Skin? Anyone hoping it comes to the States as an actual device? Drop a comment below!
