The app in itself is not ground shattering for sure, but what is interesting is that the company is launching on Android first, with no release date for an iOS launch. A first for the company as a whole, as they have done what most companies out there have been doing. Launch on iOS, then port over to Android. Not this time! Read on for their reasons. Read More »

There has been a tsunami of hate that has been flowing towards Netflix with their announcement that they will be raising their fees on rate plans that include both streaming and DVD's in the mail. In essence, Netflix has doubled their fees if you want to both stream and receive DVD's as well. I have read post after post, comment after comment blasting Netflix about this decision. I have seen people say that Netflix's timing is bad because the economy is struggling. My response? You are all insane to think that this was not coming. Read More »

It's that time of the week again, as the rumor mill is in full swing, this time with a new tablet from Motorola that's sure to turn some heads (if it even exists). A rumor has reached the guys over at SlashGear, and it's proposing that Moto is working on a new Android tablet, one to truly rival the iPad 2. This device is said to sport a 10-inch HD display, with a 2048 x 1536 resolution, and the speculation doesn't end there. The rumored tablet will be running Ice Cream Sandwich, something we haven't heard much about since Eric Schmidt gave us some details on it. Read More »
