Rumor: Sony Ericsson Prepping 4.7-inch 3D Handset

Sony Ericsson has become the latest handset maker to have their name tossed into the 3D smart phone conversation.  According to new details emerging this past weekend, Sony Ericsson is prepping a device with a near-tablet-size 4.7-inch display with glasses free 3D and a 1280×720 resolution. Even without the 3D, it’s awesome stuff to be sure.  That’s about all we have to share at this point, but we’re already looking forward to early 2012 when the phone is expected to arrive.

Do you care about glasses free 3D? Has your opinion of the technology changed over time?
