Motorola Giving Away a Bunch of Photon 4G Handsets in August

Motorola’s PR people just pinged our inbox to tell us about a new contest that the handset maker is holding over the next few weeks.  Called the Lightning Hour, it’s a daily chance for you to win a brand new Photon 4G direct from Motorola.  The contest runs every day from today (August 8) through the end of the month (August 31) and gives players one hour to enter.

Should you not win the new Sprint hotness, you might also end up with one of the other prizes which include bluetooth speakers and headsets as well as Livenation Concert Cash.  Official prizes in Lightning Hour contest:

  • A Motorola Photon 4G Smartphone (96 available to be awarded). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $549.99 each.
  • $100 in LiveNation® Concert Cash® (480 to be awarded). ARV $100.00 each.
  • A Motorola Roadster Bluetooth Speaker (48 available to be awarded). ARV $99.99 each.
  • A Motorola H17txt Bluetooth Headset (72 available to be awarded). ARV $99.99 each.
  • A Motorola Oasis Bluetooth Headset (72 available to be awarded). ARV 79.99 each.

So, be on the lookout for the Lightning Hour announcements on Motorola’s Twitter (@motorola) and Facebook (facebook.com/motorola) accounts and get ready!
