HTC Begins Offering Instructions to Unlock Bootloader for Sensation (EU)
As expected, HTC has begun offering up instructions to explain how to unlock the bootloader for the European version of the Sensation. The move comes sooner than expected and the device is but the first in a planned ongoing strategy to win over Android developers and enthusiasts. If you happen to own one of these handsets and plan to set it free, head to the HTCDev website and you’ll see a detailed step-by-step set of instructions.
Remember kids, doing things like this is likely going to void your warranty and could result in a very expensive paper weight. Proceed with caution, but enjoy the fruits of your labors.
The next two handsets expected to get the unlocked bootloader treatment are the EVO 3D (Sprint), and Sensation 4G (T-Mobile).
