Starting today, European SoundHound users who also subscribe to Spotify Premium will be given the option to ‘Play Now in Spotify’ after identifying a song through the SoundHound app.  From there, the app hands off the song to Spotify where it immediately begins playing and showcasing the artist, their singles, albums and more.  Should they not have a Spotify Premium account, the user will still be able to click the ‘Play Now in Spotify’ link , but will be directed to a page asking them to become Spotify users before letting them listen to the track.  Press release
