NVIDIA Celebrates Launch of TegraZone.com by Giving Away Five Acer Iconia Tablets
NVIDIA’s Tegra Zone app for Android is a convenient little club space created to help owners of Tegra powered devices discover and share premier, Tegra optmized Android games. The app is full of game reviews, screenshots, videos, and behind-the-scenes footage that users can check out before ultimately being re-directed to the Android Market for purchase. NVIDIA has been building a community around their Tegra powered chips and the games optimized for them, so much that they have now expanded the Tegra Zone to include the web. Introducing TegraZone.com.
Users will no longer have to find their phones and launch an app to have access to Tegra Zone resources; now they can simply access it all and more from any PC, laptop, or web-enabled device. TegraZone.com also includes community forums where people can go to discuss anything from the latest Tegra optimized games to problems or bugs with the Tegra Zone app. It’s everything you’d expect from the Tegra Zone +1 (literally).
Along with the launch of TegraZone.com, NVIDIA has gone ahead and updated their Tegra Zone app which now includes:
- Android notifications of new content
- Updated sharing (link to specific game/news page on TZ.com) – for U.S., Brazil, and Japan only until we have more www.tegrazone.com sites localized
- Better Facebook integration
- Better user experience for device size specific titles
- Bug fixes
I know, I know, the only thing you’re really interested in is the tablet giveaway. Well you’ve made it this far so here it goes:
