AT&T Promises Galaxy S II in Coming Weeks, Price to Follow
AT&T has joined T-Mobile as one of two carriers who have announced a Galaxy S II but aren’t ready to confirm a launch date or price. Ma Bell’s press release is considerably heavier on details than Ma Genta but still void of the how much and when that everyone has been waiting for. Looks like we’ll be waiting just a little bit longer. With six months of sitting patiently already in the books we are okay with a few more weeks. But only a few.

AT&T’s Samsung Galaxy S™ II, the nation’s thinnest 4G smartphone at 8.89mm at its thinnest, will be sold in AT&T* company-owned retail stores and online in the coming weeks.
This new smartphone features the Android Gingerbread (2.3.4) platform, a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED™ Plus display, dual-core 1.2 GHz processor, Motion UX sensors and 8 MP camera.
HDMI-output at 1080p resolution lets customers rent or purchase movies and TV shows from the Samsung Media Hub and view on a television.
