HTC Holding an Event on September 20, Possible new Android Devices?
HTC is planning to hold an event in New York next week on September 20th according to invites hitting press inboxes. The description of the event is “Come celebrate with us,” and it indicates that it’s possible that some new device is coming from HTC’s side. Recently we learned about a lot of leaked HTC phones so let’s take a look at some of the possibilities.
HTC could be launching the long rumored Bliss (Rhyme) which is going to be HTC’s first ever woman centric device and then there is the HTC Vigor (Incredible HD) which will be successor to the Verizon Droid Incredible series. Both smartphones are going to hit Verizon Wireless according to rumors.
HTC Ruby (Amaze 4G) was also leaked a few days ago which is headed to T-Mobile USA as successor to the T-Mobile MyTouch Series. Then we saw the crazy and sexy looking HTC Holiday, which is rumored to be AT&T’s first ever Android powered LTE 4G device. Aside from handsets, it’s also possible that we may see the announcement of HTC’s new Sense UI version which will be known as the Sense UI 3.5.
We can see that HTC has a lot of things up their sleeves that could make for one amazing celebration, and then again, they could just end up announcing a few WP7 devices (Android buzz kill). So who’s looking forward to the event on September 20th? Share your thoughts in the comment box below.
