Dell released an official mobile application in late August which extends the shopping and customer service experience to Android devices. Features in the free app include the ability to shop and compare Dell products such as desktop computers, laptops, monitors, printers, and accessories. Users can place orders for items just as they would through the standard website, track orders, manage their account and even access support forums. The Dell Mobile application for Android can be downloaded on any handset running 2.0 or higher. Unfortunately, tablet owners are left in the cold this time around.
