Attention Ladies: HTC Rhyme now Available on Verizon

I say “ladies” because the HTC Rhyme has been specifically marketed towards females. Of course anyone and everyone is free to purchase and use this lovely plum shaded device which includes a flashy matching notification charm. Verizon is now selling the device online for $199.99 on a 2-year contract and $439.99 full retail (yowzers). You’re actually getting more than just the device and charm when you purchase the HTC Rhyme, the package also includes:

  • Docking Station
  • Tangle Free Headphone
  • Micro USB cable
  • AC adapter
  • 8GB SD card

The Rhyme features “mid-range” specs with a 3.7-inch (800×480) display, 1GHz processor, 5-megapixel rear camera, VGA front-facing camera and comes equipped with Android 2.3 Gingerbread. Customers can get theirs now online at or hold out until it hits Target stores tomorrow. I’ll leave you all with the creepy promo video release and let you figure out what it all means.

Hell yeah, one of the biggest insult to women all over the world (“guys, this is a phone for women, so just use miserable lower-tier middle class 2010 hardware, and make it all pink/purple. Maybe deliver it with a unicorn rainbow sticker too”). Hope no woman will ever buy it.
