Samsung Stratosphere Gets Detailed as it Preps for Verizon Release

The guys over at Droid-Life were able to get their hands on a leaked Verizon detail and comparison chart for the Samsung Stratosphere. The Stratosphere will be Verizon’s first 4G LTE device equipped with a physical keyboard. The device itself remains a “mid-tier” affordable option for customers who want LTE but don’t necessarily need the power to “rule all machines.” The leaked chart give us an official look at the Stratosphere’s specs, along with a few devices in which to compare it to. The Stratosphere has been highly compared to Sprint’s Epic 4G, and if you look at the chart, you’ll see just how closely related they are. Of course with the Stratosphere, you’re getting a few beefed up specs along with the nations largest LTE network.

The Stratosphere is set to launch on Ocotber 6, and should retail for around $149.99 on contract. I can see this being popular with the keyboard lovers of the world who don’t need or want a “high-tier” device, but for everyone else — Droid 4 baby! Give the charts a look and let us know what you think. Cheers!
