Samsung Stratosphere Launching October 13

We first got wind of the Samsung Stratosphere in a leaked Verizon roadmap back in August, with a September 8th launch date. After a few delays, the good people at Vzw have finally confirmed an October 13th (that’s this Thursday) date for the device. No word on pricing, but as it’s a mid-range phone, we’re not expecting a huge price tag.

Just to refresh everyone’s memory, the Stratosphere will be rocking:

  • 4-inch Super AMOLED display
  • 1GHz processor (single-core)
  • Gingerbread
  • 4G LTE
  • 5-row QWERTY keyboard
  • 4GB internal storage
  • TouchWiz

So, now that we’ve got a release date, who’s planning to pick up a Samsung Stratosphere? Drop a comment below!
